This role serves as the primary owner of assigned services, overseeing their full lifecycle from implementation and upgrades to maintenance, optimization, and retirement. Acting as a key link between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, the Lead Application Platform Owner drives service reliability, manages roadmaps and budgets, coordinates issue resolution, and ensures compliance with security and operational standards. With a strong focus on service excellence, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration, the role plays a critical part in enabling business operations and supporting the organization's digital transformation objectives.
