## About the Role

* At least 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist/ML engineer or a similar analytical role.
 * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Computer Science).
 * Strong practical knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and optimization techniques, with hands-on experience in applying them to real-world problems. Experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying end-to-end data science solutions.
 * Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries
 * Familiarity with cloud computing environments.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Fluent in English, as well as French or Dutch

 * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and frame their challenges as analytical problems.
 * Apply machine learning, statistical methods, and optimization techniques to develop innovative solutions that drive business impact.
 * Design, build, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models, ensuring their reliability and robustness.
 * Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML products: from ideation and prototyping to deployment and ongoing evaluation in production.
 * Collaborate with fellow Data Scientists to share knowledge, best practices, and continuously improve our methodologies.
 * Ensure the quality and performance of your solutions through rigorous testing and continuous monitoring post-deployment.
 * Contribute to our data science community by developing reusable assets, sharing your expertise, and participating in innovation initiatives.
