 * Working across a multinational organisation where stakeholders disagree and someone has to reconcile them.
 * Fluent professional English.

## Description

* Supporting the development and management of technical and operational requirements for cyber and communications monitoring capabilities.
 * Working with stakeholders, users, technical authorities and operational representatives to draw out, analyse and write down what is really required.
 * Translating operational needs into engineering, system, functional and non-functional requirements that can be designed and tested against.
 * Producing and maintaining the engineering artefacts around them, including traceability from the original need through to verification.
 * Keeping requirements current as the capability evolves, and making the consequences of a change visible before it is agreed.
 * Briefing and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
