## Description

Deze rol biedt als MT lid de unieke combinatie van strategische invloed, operationele verantwoordelijkheid en zichtbare impact op de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
De organisatie bevindt zich in een belangrijke professionaliseringsfase. De basis voor verdere groei is gelegd; de uitdaging ligt nu in het creëren van een schaalbare organisatie waarin processen, systemen, data en besluitvorming de internationale ambities ondersteunen.
Als Head of IT speel je hierin een sleutelrol. Je brengt rust, structuur en richting, verbindt business en technologie en zorgt ervoor dat IT niet alleen ondersteunt, maar daadwerkelijk waarde toevoegt aan de organisatie. Daarmee ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het IT-landschap, maar draag je actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering en groei van de organisatie.
