As a trusted technical advisor and presales specialist, you will work closely with partners, customers, distributors, and Microsoft stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, demonstrate business value, and accelerate customer success. You will play a key role throughout the partner journey, helping partners position AvePoint solutions, validate technical requirements, develop go-to-market strategies, and build scalable service offerings. Working alongside Partner Development Managers, Channel Consultants, and Partner Success Managers, you will ensure partners have the technical knowledge, confidence, and support needed in the presales phase to drive adoption and long-term success. This role combines technical expertise, partner engagement, solution sales, and business strategy.
