Amaris Consulting is an independent technology consulting firm part of Mantu Group.We support our clients in their digital and business transformation across IS & Digital, Telecom, Life Sciences and Engineering.Our consultants deliver high?value projects worldwide, combining strong technical expertise with business understanding.As part of our IS & Digital practice, we are looking for a Change Manager to support a major Procure?to?Pay (P2P) transformation program for one of our global clients.About the Role Based in Barcelona, you will lead thechange management streamfor the rollout of aCoupa P2P solutionacrossColombia, Mexico and Argentina .You will work closely with global program teams and local business stakeholders (procurement, finance, supplier management) to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.This role is suited to a hands?on Change Manager with strong P2P experience in international organisations, able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive tangible business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, update and maintain the overallchange management strategyfor the Coupa P2P rollout.Build and execute a detailedchange planaligned with project milestones and country?specific needs.Identify early signs ofresistance to changeand implement mitigation actions and support plans.2. Communication & Stakeholder ManagementDesign and implement acommunication planfor global and local stakeholders.Create and coordinatecommunications(emails, newsletters, FAQs, presentations) and ensure distribution through local teams.Manage relationships withsenior management , global program stakeholders andlocal business teams(procurement, invoicing, supplier management).Coordinate with French stakeholders for upcoming waves, includingworks council requirementsandtranslations .3. Training & AdoptionDevelop and adapttraining plansfor each location (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina).Coordinatetraining data and logistics(participants, sessions, materials).Adapt training content and materials to different audiences and local contexts, ensuring clarity and engagement.4. Project Management & ReportingCoordinate change activities acrossthree countries , ensuring alignment with the global project plan.Maintainweekly action trackers , status reports and risk/issue logs for the change stream.Prepare and deliverdocumentation and reportingfor project governance (steering committees, PMO, sponsors).5.
