## About the Role

Requirements, background, skills (hours, travel etc.):

 * A personable character confident at communicating with internal clients, including Board level. The ability to interpret and communicate numerical data to a wide audience.

 * The jobholder must have advanced Excel skills along with intermediate Word skills.

 * Extremely numerate; a graduate or educated to A level, including Maths.

 * Previous work experience of reporting/MI or handling numerical insurance/travel/claims data, would be an advantage.

## Description

To assist and support the client with the delivery of management information relating to all necessary schemes administrated by the client, the role will involve preparing customer facing reports, providing internal reports and dashboard information. These will typically be routine (EG: weekly, monthly) but there will also be ad hoc reporting requirements.

Key activities/main duties:

The job holder will be expected to input, store and access data relating to travel, medical and security related schemes administrated by the client.

With guidance from the Operation s Director, Operations Managers and IT as necessary, assist with the preparation of documents required by client groups, Ops Managers and Directors relating to scheme information and performance

 * Data input into any Group Data Warehouses.
 * Production & distribution of monthly report data and MI Data tables.
 * Production & distribution of monthly SLA reports.
 * Production & distribution of BDX.
 * Potential blending of data across different systems in order to normalise and prepare for clients.
 * Production of Ad Hoc database reports when required.

Group Compliance Requirements:

There are various compliance requirements that employees are required to abide by, given this role overlaps with regulated parts of the business the job holder will be required to:

 * Ensure compliance in relation to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
 * Abide by the Company's Treating Customers Fairly policy and guidelines.
 * Adhere to all internal policies and processes relating to regulatory or compliance requirements.

As well as

 * Comply with the Company's IT and data security policy and ISO27001 requirements.
 * Comply with Data Protection requirements to ensure confidentiality of affairs.

The job holder may be required to attend further training/seminars/workshops and or gain accreditations in relation to the above compliance requirements, all of which will form part of the Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) and Continuing Professional Development Plan (CPD) for the role and the job holder.
