You will be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and explaining technical concepts in a clear and engaging way. Essential Skills & Experience: + Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related subject OR equivalent experience + Minimum 2 years' experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst or similar role. + Strong experience with: Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL + Experience developing reports from relational, transactional or data warehouse environments. + Excellent understanding of data transformation, modelling and reporting principles. + Experience using data to drive service improvement and operational performance. + Basic knowledge of Data Warehousing + Understanding of GDPR and data governance best practice. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable: + Relevant Microsoft, SQL or Power BI certifications. + Experience within social care, HR, recruitment or a regulated environment. + Knowledge of machine learning or AI-based analytical techniques. + Experience administering Power BI Service. ## Description Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: * As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in helping the organisation understand performance, identify trends, predict future demand, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Working closely with stakeholders across the charity, you'll gather requirements, develop innovative reporting solutions, and deliver high-quality analysis that influences decision-making at every level. You'll also help shape our evolving data architecture and ensure our reporting environment remains robust, secure, and fit for the future. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects where your insights will directly support service improvements and enhance the lives of the people we support.
