Experience working with cloud-native application development principles. Knowledge of AWS services relevant to application migration, deployment, and operation. Experience with source control systems such as Git.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile delivery methodologies.Cloud & Migration Experience Demonstrable experience refactoring, modernising, or migrating applications to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Understanding of cloud migration strategies and best practices. Experience deploying and supporting applications within AWS environments. Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration technologies.Desirable Skills Experience with microservices architectures. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience working within large-scale government or public sector transformation programmes. Understanding of security and compliance requirements within regulated environments.
