## About the Role

work closely with senior stakeholders to manage reporting, analysis, and data processes across the business.You will:* Own and develop finance reporting and management information * Support forecasting cycles and maintain large-scale financial models covering forecasts, planning, and cash flow * Reconcile data across multiple systems, including Xero, SQL, and Power BI * Upload, manage, and maintain finance and operational datasets * Produce board-level reporting on financial performance, operational metrics, and contract activity * Analyse volumes, performance trends, and operational data against forecasts and expectations * Build new reports and dashboards while enhancing existing reporting processes * Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Partner with finance, technology, and operational stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and decision-makingYour Skills & ExperienceYou will have:* Strong experience in a finance, accounting,
