Desirable Skills * Experience working within Land, ISTAR, C4ISR, Defence Digital, or National Digital Architecture (NAD) environments. * Knowledge of MOD communications frameworks, Army engagement models, and ministerial processes. * Experience delivering communications within secure and highly regulated Defence environments., * Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in Communications, Public Relations, Business Change, Marketing, Public Affairs, or a related discipline. * Professional certifications such as CIPR, Prosci, APM Change Management, or equivalent are highly desirable. ## Description Mastek is seeking an experienced Business Change & Communications Lead. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and delivering stakeholder engagement, communications, business change, and adoption strategies across a complex Defence environment. You will work closely with senior leadership, Front Line Commands, Defence stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure effective communication, engagement, and successful programme outcomes.
