Product Owners vision.Your role is primarily focused on the design, development and implementation of software solution within the Hybrid Navy product baseline, ensuring that the solution meets the required levels of quality, performance and reliability.You will work as a member of the Software Team, contributing to the successful delivery of features and supporting continuous improvement of engineering practices and team effectiveness.Core duties: Contribute to the design, development and integration of software components within a complex naval systems architecture. Develop and enhance software solutions using Agile and DevSecOps practices, delivering high-quality code and automated test capabilities. Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, helping to drive successful team delivery and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements, solve technical challenges and deliver effective software, deployment within complex Naval Ship environments.
