* Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience
 * Previous Managed IT Services or B2B IT services sales experience
 * Strong new business and account management experience
 * Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
 * Knowledge of service desk, cloud, infrastructure or cyber security services advantageous
 * Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level executives

* Develop new business and build a strong sales pipeline
 * Manage and grow existing client accounts
 * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
 * Manage the full sales cycle through to onboarding and handover
 * Build relationships with IT leaders and senior decision-makers
 * Work closely with technical and service delivery teams
