Previous helpdesk or facilities administration experience

## Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy Facilities Management and Building Maintenance team based in a corporate office environment in Victoria. This is a fast-paced role, acting as the first point of contact for maintenance requests and ensuring all work orders are logged, allocated, and completed efficiently., Logging reactive and planned maintenance jobs
Coordinating engineers and subcontractors
Updating CAFM/helpdesk systems accurately
Monitoring job progress and ensuring SLAs are met
Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Producing reports and maintaining maintenance records
