## Description

Lead this private healthcare Group's AI transformation agenda, identifying and delivering AI opportunities that improve patient experience, clinical effectiveness, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities

 * Develop and execute the Group's AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
 * Identify, prioritise and deliver high-value AI use cases across clinical, operational and corporate functions.
 * Lead AI pilots through to scalable implementation and measurable benefits.
 * Partner with clinicians, operational leaders, technology, data, risk and compliance teams.
 * Establish practical governance for responsible, secure and effective use of AI.
 * Evaluate AI technologies, vendors and strategic partnerships.
 * Drive adoption, change and AI capability across the organisation.
 * Track business cases, ROI and measurable transformation outcomes.
