 + F5 Load Balancers
 * Skills in DNA / SD-Access / OTV / VXLAN

As 3rd Line Network and Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

 * Provide 3rd line technical support for all network and security customers (internal and external), trouble shooting and resolving incidents to their conclusion
 * Ensure knowledge share with the wider team via internal training sessions and ad hoc team assistance
 * Assist 3rd Line Network & Security Engineers with troubleshooting and case handling guidance
 * Design and implement complex configuration changes on behalf of customers
 * Peer review configuration changes from the wider team prior to implementation
 * Take ownership of customer escalations and drive through to resolution
