Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting and typically 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required. ## Description * We support the Software Team in the development of software design that aligns with the Product Owners vision. * We focus on the design, development and implementation of software solutions within the Hybrid Navy product baseline. * We ensure the solution meets the required levels of quality, performance and reliability. * We contribute to the design, development and integration of software components within a complex naval systems architecture. * We develop and enhance software solutions using Agile and DevSecOps practices, delivering high-quality code and automated test capabilities. * We actively participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. * We help drive successful team delivery and continuous improvement. * We collaborate with engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements, solve technical challenges and deliver effective software solutions.
