* Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration.
 * Proven expertise across Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals modules.
 * Experience independently delivering configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to create clear technical and functional documentation.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Passion for workforce management technology and a strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM capabilities.

## Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a UKG specialist who can work independently to configure, test, and deploy complex workforce management solutions while helping drive best practice across an established UKG Pro WFM environment.
Key Responsibilities

 * Configure, unit test, and deploy complex requirements across Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals.
 * Produce detailed solution designs and supporting documentation.
 * Review existing UKG Pro WFM configurations and recommend improvements to optimise processes and maximise use of core platform functionality.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents, and problems effectively.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, from operational users through to senior management.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the UKG Pro WFM platform.
