## Description

* Übernahme des 1st- und 2nd-Level Support vor Ort, per Fernwartung und per Telefon bei software- und hardwaretechnischen Anfragen und Störungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Clientsystemen (Notebooks und Desktops)
 * Installation, Betrieb und Betreuung unternehmensrelevanter Anwendungen
 * Betreuung von Drucksystemen, mobilen Geräten und zugehöriger Peripherie
 * Administrative Aufgaben z.B. Berechtigungs- und User Management im Active Directory
 * Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Support- und UHD-Prozesse
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Wissensdatenbank
