In this role, you will take ownership of designated technical IT services, executing development tasks and contributing to project roadmap initiatives. You'll monitor and optimize uptime for internal and customer-facing production systems, plan and carry out upgrade and maintenance activities, and handle day-to-day administration of our IT infrastructure. Documentation is a key part of this role - you'll keep records for IT systems and services accurate and current. You'll also analyze logs to catch critical alerts and resolve issues proactively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design and evolve infrastructure and applications. What you'll actually do * Take ownership and responsibility of named technical IT services * Execute IT development tasks and project roadmap initiatives * Monitor and optimize uptime for internal and customer-facing production systems * Plan & perform upgrade and maintenance activities * Document IT systems and services, keeping records current * Analyze logs for critical alerts and resolve issues proactively * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design infrastructure and applications * Develop, administer and maintain IT infrastructure and systems at IQM globally, * Full-stack quantum computing: From quantum hardware to software layers and beyond, we build across the full-stack. * High-performance playground: We aim high, and we know sustainable performance only works when life outside work does too-hybrid setups, flexible hours. * Never the smartest: Expect to learn constantly.
