## About the Role

* C2 or native-level German fluency, required.
 * Directly relevant Forward Deployed Engineering experience, not general engineering experience alone.
 * Strong full-stack engineering ability across Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, and data pipelines.
 * Experience integrating enterprise systems including ERP platforms, REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, or B2B SaaS implementations.
 * Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering, with the ability to adapt model behavior to specific business domains.
 * Proven ability to work with messy, inconsistent real-world data and establish reliable structures quickly.
 * Customer-facing technical experience, comfortable communicating with both end users and senior stakeholders.
 * High agency and ownership mindset, proactively identifying and solving problems without waiting for explicit direction.
 * Comfort with ambiguity, legacy systems, and a fast-paced, high-intensity on-site environment.

## Description

* Own end-to-end technical implementation of the platform for each customer, from initial handoff through live deployment.
 * Configure and fine-tune AI models for customer-specific use cases, including prompt engineering and model behavior adjustments.
 * Structure customer data and build system integrations with ERP platforms such as SAP and various REST/GraphQL APIs.
 * Develop prototypes to demonstrate new features or address emerging customer problems, then evolve them into scalable solutions.
 * Engage daily with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders to translate operational pain points into engineering decisions.
 * Surface product gaps and recurring patterns to the core engineering team, acting as the internal voice of the customer.
