Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Remote-Support
Kenntnisse in der automatisierten Softwareverteilung sind von Vorteil
Systematische, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Bereitschaft zur selbstständigen Einarbeitung in neue Themengebiete
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Führerschein der Klasse B

## Description

Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden sowie angebundener Standorte und Tochtergesellschaften im Second-Level-Support
Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen
Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs im Client-Umfeld
Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im laufenden Betrieb
Unterstützung bei Problemen mit Hard- und Software sowie Microsoft-Anwendungen
Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen
Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets im IT-Service-Management
Unterstützung der Anwender per Remotezugriff
