 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit ITSM-/Ticketsystemen (idealerweise nach ITIL)
 * Teamfähigkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten

* IT-Support im 1st und 2nd Level (Incident, Request & Problem Management)
 * Hardware Asset Management inkl. Inventarisierung, Bestandsmanagement und Garantie-Handling
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Imaging von Windows-Clients
 * Betreuung von Digital Workplaces und IT-Infrakstrukturen in Meetingräumen
 * Durchführung von Hardware- und Software-Rollouts, Upgrades und Changes
 * Vor-Ort-Betreuung von Anwendern bei Fragen und Problemen
 * Du bist ein wichtiger Teil eines eingespielten Teams
