## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation.
 * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (Senior-Level) in der Java-Entwicklung von großen Softwareprojekten (Teams > 5 Entwickler) sowie Kenntnisse in dedizierten Systemlandschaften.
 * Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Legacy-Code, Code-Analyse und Reverse Engineering.
 * Praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung neuer oder der Modernisierung bestehender Benutzeroberflächen.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Tools wie Jira.
 * Erfahrung in der agentenbasierten Softwareentwicklung (insbesondere mit GitHub-Copilot).
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Mindestens C1-Niveau).

Im Fokus steht dabei das zentrale, Java-basierte Anwendungssystem. Neben der kontinuierlichen Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft wird aktuell ein mehrjähriges Großprojekt zur umfassenden Frontend-Modernisierung vorangetrieben.
