## Description

* Administration der GKV-Kernsoftware BITMARCK 21c|ng sowie zugehöriger Add-ons (insbesondere TIMIO, IntrakonBK)
 * Weiterentwicklung digitaler Kanäle, z. B. Onlinegeschäftsstelle und Service-App
 * Umsetzung und Projektkoordination weiterer Module der Telematikinfrastruktur
 * Schnittstelle zu IT-Dienstleistern und Fachbereichen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Release-Updates
 * Kompetente Betreuung, Beratung und Unterstützung von Anwendern bei IT-bezogenen Fragen, Problemen und fachbereichsspezifischen Aufgabenstellungen
 * Administration von Benutzern und Benutzergruppen im Windows- und 21c|ng-Umfeld
 * Störungsbeseitigung der bestehenden IT-Ausstattung an den Arbeitsplätzen
