Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Windowslandschaft

 - Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Clients, Servern und Peripheriegeräten
 - Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs unserer IT-Infrastruktur
 - Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen im First- und Second-Level-Support
 - Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastruktur
 - Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen
 - Durchführung von Datensicherungen sowie Überwachung der Backup- und Recovery-Prozesse
