## About the Role

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder IT-Systemelektroniker; ggf. Studium.

 - Kenntnisse in Analyse, Überwachung und Fehlerbehebung von Schnittstellen (HL7 bzw. Standards).
 - Technisches Verständnis von Clientsystemen, KIS, Praxissoftware, Datenbanken, Kommunikationsservern und Schnittstellensystemen.
 - Windows-Client/Server-Umgebungen sowie Netzwerke; idealerweise IT-Projekt-Erfahrung.
 - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort/Schrift); gute Englischkenntnisse; selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

## Description

Betrieb, Betreuung und Administration von KIS, Kommunikationsservern sowie klinischer Software;

 - Konfiguration, Überwachung und Analyse von Schnittstellen zwischen KIS, Praxissoftware und weiteren Systemen.
 - Anwendersupport, Störungsidentifikation und -behebung in Koordination mit Fachbereichen, externen Partnern und Herstellern.
 - Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Anwenderinformationen und Prozessbeschreibungen.
 - Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von Projekten rund um betreute klinische Systeme; eigenständige Projektaufgaben und aktive Umsetzung.
 - Einführung neuer Systeme, Funktionen und Schnittstellen sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen; Abstimmung technischer und organisatorischer Anforderungen mit Fachbereichen.
 - Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit; Optimierung von klinischen und administrativen Prozessen durch moderne IT-Lösungen.
