 * Unterstützung von Rolloutprozessen und Softwareverteilung
 * Anwendungsbetreuung und proaktives Monitoring
 * Analyse und Lösung von Problemen und Störungen im IT Betrieb in Kooperation mit dem IT Support Team und externen Dienstleistern
 * First-Level-Support und IT-Servicemanagement für unsere Mitarbeiter und Kunden
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Konfigurationsänderungen sowie Pflege der betrieblichen Dokumentation
