## Description

* Koordination und Steuerung von Cloud Application Operations in Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Engineers und relevanten Stakeholdern
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und zuverlässigen Betriebs cloudbasierter Anwendungen und Services (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) inkl. Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management
 * Übernahme und Steuerung kritischer Incidents (P1/P2) sowie Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen
 * Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Application- und Plattform-Updates (Releases, Middleware, Datenbanken, Kubernetes-Deployments) inkl. Rollouts
 * Definition, Abstimmung und Durchführung von Testaktivitäten im Release- und Change-Kontext (Integration, Regression, Abnahmetests)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Development- und IT-Teams zur Sicherstellung produktionsreifer Deployments
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von NIS2-Anforderungen (Security, Monitoring, Incident Reporting, Risk Management)
 * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Automatisierung, Stabilität und Performance
 * Monitoring und Reporting von KPIs und SLAs
