Du profitierst von flexiblen Arbeitsmodellen und vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, um deine IT-Kenntnisse gezielt auszubauen. Deine Tätigkeit umfasst sowohl Nutzerkontakt im First-Level als auch weiterführende Aufgaben im Second-Level-Support. Dabei arbeitest du mit gängigen Client- und Remote-Werkzeugen sowie IT-Service-Tools in modernen Systemlandschaften. Du trägst aktiv zur Verbesserung von Abläufen und zur Dokumentation von Lösungen bei., * Unterstütze Anwender:innen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und löse IT-Anfragen effizient
 * Sorge für den reibungslosen Betrieb von Arbeitsplätzen, Peripherie und Standardsoftware

 * Überwache Systeme und leite proaktive Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Ausfällen ein
