Mindestens drei Jahre praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Changemanagement oder Releasemanagement, d.h. Planung und Koordination von SW/Daten, Rollouts sowie Inbetriebnahme von neuen Systemen/Anwendungen

 - Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den IT-Changemanagement Prozessen und Methodiken (z.B. ITIL, Canban, Scrum)
 - Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich CI/CD, besonders hinsichtlich des Deployment- & Inbetriebnahme-Prozesses bzw. agiler SW-Entwicklung
 - Praktische Erfahrungen mit JIRA / Confluence, GitLab
 - Ausgeprägte Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auch unter Stress
 - Erfahrungen im Bereich 2nd- und 3rd Level Support
 - Praktische Erfahrungen mit Bearbeitung von Service Requests, Incidents, Problems etc.
 - Erheben von CM-Metriken und Reporting der CM- und betriebsrelevanten Statistiken
 - Prozessanalyse und -optimierung im CM
 - Teamfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 - Sicheres Auftreten in Workshops und Präsentationen
 - Selbstständiges Arbeiten und proaktives Handeln
 - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
