 - Organisation und Verwaltung von IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Koordination der Beschaffungsprozesse.
 - Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen im IT-Bereich.
 - Kommunikation mit Kunden zur Ermittlung ihrer Anforderungen und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
 - Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Schulungsunterlagen für Mitarbeitende.
 - Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Datenschutzanforderungen und Sicherstellung der Compliance.
