Fachliche und operative Leitung Ihres Teams in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung * Verantwortung für die Product Delivery und die kontinuierliche Strukturierung und Pflege unserer Projektziele

 * Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Projektteam, die einen reibungslosen Informationsaustausch gewährleistet und damit klare, gemeinsame Ziele definiert
 * Verantwortung für Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung unserer agilen Softwareprojekte in enger Abstimmung mit den Projektteams
 * Koordination von Anforderungen und aktive Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung effizienter, praxistauglicher Softwarelösungen
 * Aktive Förderung der Mitarbeitenden durch konstruktives Feedback und individuelle Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen
