 * Profil hybride (software + data / IA)
 * Capacité à résoudre des problèmes concrets côté client

 * Expérience sur des phases de scaling

## Description

* Concevoir et développer des agents intelligents (LLM-based) pour automatiser des workflows RH
 * Définir la structure des agents, des prompts et des interactions (logique "LLM as code")
 * Implémenter des features produit de bout en bout
 * Résoudre des problématiques clients concrètes avec une approche pragmatique
 * Participer aux choix d'architecture et aux orientations techniques
 * Monitorer, améliorer et faire évoluer les agents en production
 * Travailler en direct avec les fondateurs sur la vision produit
 * Contribuer à poser les bases techniques et culturelles de la boîte

ENVIRONNEMENT TECHNIQUE

 * Frontend : TypeScript, React, Next.js
 * Backend : Node.js, NestJS
 * Base de données : PostgreSQL
 * Infra / DevOps : GCP, Docker, Infrastructure as Code
 * Outils : Slack, Notion, GitHub, Figma
 * IA / Data : forte intégration de LLM dans les workflows produit

CONTEXTE & CHALLENGES

 * Produit existant mais encore peu structuré * tout est à reconstruire intelligemment
 * Environnement sans PM * forte responsabilité produit côté engineering

 * Second échange approfondi avec le 2ème fondateurs
 * Entretien technique en pair programming :
 + Exercice de code (JS ou Python)
 + System design (approche produit / architecture)
