## About the Role

De formation Bac+ 3 ou + 4 vous êtes motivé(e) et enthousiaste. Vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en développement d'applications et vous maîtrisez JAVA J2EE 8 et JSF. Vous aimez travailler en équipe avec des cultures Agile et Craftsmanship. Autonome, organisé(e) et déterminé(e), vous disposez d'un bon esprit d'analyse et vous êtes fan de l'amélioration continue avec un esprit positif.

## Description

Intégré(e) au sein de la Dev Factory du siège de Distribution & Express du groupe GEODIS, vous aurez pour mission principale de porter la vision technique du produit.

Rattaché(e) au Lead Développeur, vos principales missions seront :

 - Délivrer régulièrement des incréments fonctionnels pour le développement en Java.
 - Accompagner l'équipe sur la voie de la qualité logicielle : Test-driven development (TDD), revues de code, pair programming, etc.
 - Co-animer, suivre ou animer des formations sur une ou plusieurs thématiques : méthodologie, techniques, etc.
 - Contribuer au rayonnement de la culture Software Craftsmanship en interne (formation des nouveaux, collaboration avec d'autres, retours d'expérience).
