Vous êtes le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) si :

 * De formation supérieure en informatique à partir de BAC+2, vous avez une bonne connaissance des environnements Windows / Microsoft365 / Serveurs / Réseaux.

 * Vous avez un excellent relationnel, beaucoup de patience, d'empathie, de pédagogie ainsi qu'un sens du service et de l'aide aux personnes.

## Description

* Votre principale mission est de dépanner et maintenir en condition l'infrastructure en place afin d'assurer un haut niveau de disponibilité / service.
 * Helpdesk : Dépannage de l'outil informatique pour nos 175 collaborateurs réparti sur 3 sites
 * Analyse de pannes et recherche de solutions
 * Installation / Configuration des nouveaux ordinateurs / serveurs & services Microsoft Azure
 * Administration du Système d'Information : Suivi des procédures d'exploitations Brassage / Configuration / Exploitation des éléments réseaux / sécurité du S.I Cybersécurité (antivirus, MDM, certification) Soutien et backup à l'équipe support en place.
