You'll combine strategy, creativity, and data to build high-impact web experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline, while helping Salt stand out across search, AI-powered discovery, and the evolving digital landscape. Define the structure, journey logic, and standards across the Salt website, mapping experiences to distinct personas and buyer-journey stages, from discovery through evaluation to decision. This includes security architects, AppSec engineers, and CISOs navigating a complex, high-consideration purchase. * Conversion and engagement. Own how effectively pages convert and engage. Run a continuous testing and optimization program (A/B and multivariate), set targets, and improve key conversion paths across the funnel, from awareness content to demo requests and trial sign-ups. * Search and answer visibility (SEO/AEO/GEO). Own how Salt gets found across traditional search, answer engines, and AI-driven discovery. This means technical SEO, structured data, direct-answer placements, and ensuring Salt's narrative is accurately represented in LLM-powered search. * Web development and design collaboration. Partner with developers and designers to execute the website roadmap, providing clear requirements, creative briefs, and project context to move work forward efficiently and keep every build tied to business objectives. * Cross-functional alignment. Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales to align the web experience with Salt's messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market motions. * Measurement and reporting.
