## About the Role

We are currently seeking an organised, proactive, and reliable Support Administrator to join a busy and established business on an ongoing temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who can provide valuable support across a variety of business functions within a fast-paced office environment.

The successful candidate will be available to start immediately and will be confident managing a varied workload while supporting multiple departments as required., * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

 * Previous experience in an office-based administrative role
 * Strong organisational and time-management skills
 * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
 * Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 * Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues where needed.

## Description

* Provide general administrative support across the business.
 * Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and enquiries.
 * Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
 * Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.
 * Process and match purchase invoices for payment processing.
 * Support payroll and timesheet administration.
 * Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
 * Manage office supplies and stationery stock levels.
 * Maintain training, compliance, and personnel records.
 * Assist with the preparation and collation of business documentation.
