 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
 * Experience deploying and configuring end-user devices.
 * Knowledge of iOS and Android device support.
 * Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems.

## Description

Join a well-established organisation as an IT Support Technician, providing 1st and 2nd line support within a busy and collaborative IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a modern technology environment, supporting users, devices and business-critical systems., * Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system issues.
 * Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
 * Manage user accounts and access permissions.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
 * Assist with software installations, upgrades and system updates.
 * Provision equipment for new starters and support user offboarding.
 * Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
 * Liaise with third-party suppliers where required.
 * Escalate major incidents and security concerns appropriately.
