* Experience managing processes and resources.
 * Knowledge of construction environments and project lifecycles.
 * Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills.
 * Experience with collaboration/EDM systems, ideally Asite.
 * Understanding of ISO19650/PAS1192 and digital handover processes.
 * Ability to lead, support, and develop team members.
 * Be organised, structured, and focused.
 * Confident leading others and communicating at all levels.

## Description

This role oversees the Information Management function for the High Marnham Substation project, ensuring project information, systems, and processes are delivered to a high standard and support efficient project delivery., * Lead the Information Management team and define team roles.

 * Set and communicate project Information Standards and Methods & Procedures.
 * Oversee the EDMS (e.g., Asite) and ensure secure, appropriate access.
 * Coordinate project reporting and support digital tools, including Field View.
 * Deliver training to project teams on information management systems.
 * Support digital processes using SharePoint, Teams, and mobile platforms.
 * Manage quality procedures and oversee project archiving throughout the lifecycle.
