## About the Role

* Senior integration architecture or consulting experience.
 * Previous pharmaceutical-sector experience.
 * Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware and integration platforms.
 * Experience assessing current-state and target-state integration architecture.
 * Understanding of regulated data, traceability and audit requirements.
 * Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.

The consultant must provide an independent, technology-neutral recommendation rather than assume that a new integration platform is required.

## Description

We are looking for a Senior Integration Architect to complete a short assessment for a pharmaceutical organisation.

The client needs to determine whether its current point-to-point API integrations remain suitable or whether it requires a shared integration layer or hybrid approach.

You will:

 * Review the existing applications, APIs, interfaces and data flows.
 * Identify critical dependencies, operational risks and manual workarounds.
 * Assess scalability, resilience, maintainability and supportability.
 * Consider pharmaceutical data, quality and regulatory requirements.
 * Compare point-to-point, integration-platform and hybrid options.
 * Recommend a target approach, priorities and practical roadmap.
 * Present the findings to senior stakeholders.
