* Minimum 5 years' commercial experience with React and TypeScript

 * Strong understanding of modern software development practices
 * Knowledge and preferably commercial experience with microservice design principles
 * Experience with modern Git workflows
 * Strong understanding of project goals and the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills
 * Experience or willingness to mentor junior developers
 * A strong focus on writing high-quality, tested code

Desirable Experience:

 * Docker and Kubernetes
 * Azure and Vercel
 * Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines
 * RabbitMQ / MassTransit
 * Microfrontends
 * Test Driven Development
 * RESTful API and GraphQL development
 * Third-party API and SaaS integrations

## Description

* Develop and maintain applications using C#, React and TypeScript
 * Work across both greenfield and legacy projects
 * Design and develop solutions using microservices architectures
 * Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs
 * Work with SQL Server and third-party API/SaaS integrations
 * Contribute to continuous delivery through modern Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
 * Produce high-quality, well-tested code using development best practices
 * Participate in code reviews and occasional pair programming
 * Mentor junior members of the development team, This is a remote-first position, with access to an office in central London when required. The company offers flexible working arrangements, including 10-4 core hours across a 37.5-hour week, with options for part-time working or compressed 9-day fortnights.
