 * Comfortable working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments; able to coordinate across multiple teams/markets.

## Description

Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience to manage delivery of DAF/DAO initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across IHUB technology delivery and business stakeholder groups, ensuring governance, control, and on-time execution., * Own and manage the end-to-end project plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedule (including SIT/UAT and release readiness).

 * Drive day-to-day execution: backlog/plan alignment, delivery cadence, and cross-team coordination (IHUB + Finance/Risk stakeholders).
 * Establish and run governance: project reporting, steering updates, and clear tracking of progress, risks, issues, decisions, and actions (RAID).
 * Manage scope, change control, and delivery risks to protect timelines and outcomes.
 * Coordinate key delivery events (planning, workshops, sprint ceremonies as applicable) and ensure stakeholders are aligned on outcomes and timelines.
 * Track delivery status and produce concise updates on progress, risks/issues, and next steps; drive actions to closure.
 * Ensure delivery artefacts and documentation are maintained to agreed standards and auditability expectations.
