## Description

As a Security Engineer II on the team, you will be responsible for supporting security monitoring, alert triage, and threat detection activities across AMC networks, systems, and mission data.

 * Monitor and triage security alerts across networks, systems, and mission environments to identify potential security threats
 * Investigate security events across multiple platforms by analyzing and correlating telemetry, log data, and network sensor data
 * Validate threats, document findings, and report risk to mission stakeholders in a timely manner
 * Execute established SOC playbooks and support root cause analysis, threat hunting, and development of indicators of compromise (IOCs)
 * Contribute to detection tuning, runbook updates, and use case improvements while collaborating with Army stakeholders, information technology teams, and delivery counterparts, Our Cyber Defense & Resilience offering assists clients in defending against advanced threats by transforming security operations, monitoring technology, data analytics, and threat intelligence. Helps manage and protect dynamic attack surfaces and provides rapid crisis and cyber incident response, ensuring clients can be ready for, respond to, and recover from business disruptions.
