## Description

Qlik Sense Developer III | Business Intelligence | Healthcare Analytics Baptist Health Louisville, KY (Hybrid)

Baptist Health is seeking a BI Developer III with strong Qlik Sense and SQL skills to develop enterprise analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. In this role, you'll work directly with business stakeholders to design dashboards, build scalable data models, and deliver insights that help improve patient care and organizational performance.

Essential Duties:

 * Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications and dashboards
 * Build and optimize Qlik load scripts, data models, and QVDs
 * Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
 * Troubleshoot and improve application performance
 * Support reporting governance, testing, and documentation
 * Contribute to BI development standards and best practices
