This role manages role-based security provisioning, user and provider onboarding, data imports, record maintenance, and access governance activities across Epic environments. The analyst serves as a key resource for Epic deployment, implementation, acquisition, and optimization projects, partnering with clinical, operational, application, and project teams to support testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing operations. Additionally, the role collaborates with Identity and Access Management, the Service Desk, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot access issues, improve processes, enhance automation and efficiency, maintain data integrity, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Builds and enhances effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of Providence St. Joseph Health and Services. Work collaboratively with colleagues across PSJHS in delivery of specific cross departmental projects and efforts. Actively support and incorporate the mission and core values into daily activities.
