## Description

* Erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende bei IT-Anfragen (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung mithilfe geeigneter Tools und Systeme
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Client-Systemen und Endgeräten
 * Mitarbeit bei der Administration der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk und weitere Komponenten - je nach Erfahrung)
 * Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern
