* Betreuung und Modernisierung komplexer Kommunikationssysteme über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus
 * Integration und Absicherung von Audio-/Videokommunikationssystemen in bestehende IT- und Netzwerkumgebungen
 * Durchführung von Systemtests, Fehleranalysen sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
 * Technische Beratung und Support für Kunden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Projektmanagement und Vertrieb
