* Mindestens 8 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management)
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Technical Architect oder Senior Developer in SAP-to-Cloud-Integrationsprojekten

Das Projekt erfolgt im Rahmen einer internationalen Oracle-HCM-Cloud-Implementierung innerhalb einer komplexen Enterprise-Landschaft., * Technische Architektur und Umsetzung von Integrationslösungen zwischen SAP HCM und Oracle HCM Cloud

 * Analyse, Harmonisierung und Optimierung von HR-Masterdatenstrukturen
 * Entwicklung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Schnittstellen
 * Unterstützung bei Datenmigrationen sowie Integrations- und Migrationsdesigns
