 * Wissen über aktuelle Windows Betriebssysteme und die gängigen Office Applikationen
 * gute Deutschkenntnisse
 * im Idealfall bringen Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT Support mit

## Description

In Ihrem neuen Job als Mitarbeiter im First und Second Level Support (m/w/d) - Sie:

 * installieren und konfigurieren die kompletten Arbeitsplätze der Mitarbeiter
 * weisen die Nutzer in den Umgang mit neuen Anwendungen und Endgeräten ein
 * analysieren und beheben Fehler direkt vor Ort im Rahmen des First und Second Level Supports
 * lösen allgemeine informationstechnische Problemstellungen
 * führen Updates durch und gewährleisten den reibungslosen Betrieb
 * dokumentieren alle Vorgänge sorgfältig im internen Ticketsystem
